Why the topic of gratitude?
Gratitude is thankfulness, gratefulness or appreciation. The practice of Gratitude can be interpreted as an appreciation for what we have by opening our eyes to all the positive factors already around us and promises to improve our mental, emotional and physical well-being.
It is a facet of positive psychology and offers the opportunity to be creative and share the power that being grateful can bring to your life.
